EASYWEAN In 1999 NSW grazier Brian Marshall introduced a plastic nosering for weaning calves in Australia and gave it the name EasyWean®. His motivation: reducing the cost of conventional weaning due to stress and weight loss despite feeding, and easier management of larger and fewer herds to grow more feed on the same rainfall.
